RELAY DIRECTORY

Routes, Privacy & Usage Rules

Find answers by use case, not just route count. Start with your access needs, then choose a route and billing option.

Choosing routes during peak hours

What it helps withAfter work, video, meetings, and web browsing can all be affected by local network conditions and international links. Judge peak-hour reliability through your own use, not a single speed test.

How it worksVPNRD offers IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections. Choose based on the labels in the panel, then check familiar sites. If performance fluctuates, try another route and check your local connection.

What sets it apartChoose routes based on connection type and the service you need, not just geographic distance. Keep routes that work for everyday tasks and avoid switching without a clear reason.

A no-logs service policy

What it helps withCross-border access involves account and subscription details, so privacy depends on clear service policies. VPNRD follows a no-logs policy. See the Privacy Policy for details on how information is handled.

How it worksCreate an account with a username and password—no email address needed. Find subscription details in the panel after signing in, and protect your subscription link like an account credential.

What sets it apartPrivacy commitments work best alongside careful everyday practices. Don’t share subscription screenshots or post full links in forums. When reporting an issue, provide only the necessary device, environment, and error details.

Connect unlimited devices

What it helps withYou may need to connect a work computer, a personal computer, and mobile devices at the same time. VPNRD allows unlimited simultaneous devices, so there’s no need to disconnect existing devices when switching between them.

How it worksSign in to the user panel on each device to get the client and subscription details for its platform. After importing them, check for route updates, connection status, and access to your usual apps.

What sets it apartDevice limits and plan data allowances are separate. Unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data. Manage usage across devices according to your plan, especially for video and background downloads.

Checking connections for AI tools

What it helps withAn AI tool may load normally while sign-in or generation requests fail. Troubleshoot the network connection separately from the platform’s account and regional rules.

How it worksFirst check that the client is connected, then test the tool’s page and an actual request. If you need to adjust the connection, choose from the route list in the panel and keep your testing conditions consistent.

What sets it apartRoute coverage doesn’t guarantee access to every AI platform. Save any error messages and check your account status. For more guidance, see the AI acceleration guide.

Streaming and 4K checks

What it helps withA video opening doesn’t guarantee uninterrupted playback, and buffering isn’t always caused by the route. Video quality, device performance, local Wi-Fi, and the platform’s regional rules can all affect playback.

How it worksTest the route by playing content on your chosen platform, then check picture quality and buffering. Pause background downloads during testing to keep other tasks from using your local network.

What sets it apartVPNRD doesn’t treat a region label as a guarantee that content will be available. Check streaming access on the platform itself, and keep an eye on your plan’s remaining data when watching high-resolution video.

7-day refunds

What it helps withLocal networks, devices, and use cases vary, so it can be hard to tell whether a service is right for you based on a description alone. VPNRD offers 7-day refunds.

How it worksAfter getting started, test the service on your usual devices, networks, and access scenarios. To request a refund, submit a ticket through the user panel and provide the order details required by the refund policy.

What sets it apartRefund terms are set out in a separate policy, so there’s no need to infer them from promotional copy. Keep your order records, read the application instructions, and then decide whether to continue with your current plan.

Global routes and how to choose

120+ countries / 210+ routes. The list below highlights popular regions. Check the panel and test your own use case for specific cities, route types, and platform performance.

Start with the task, then choose a region

Web browsing, long meetings, and video streaming place different demands on a connection. First check whether your target service has regional requirements, then choose a suitable route in the panel. A shorter distance doesn’t mean a route is best for every use case, and route type alone doesn’t determine speed. Test in the network environment you normally use to avoid mistaking temporary local network changes for route issues.

Route types describe connection paths

IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections describe different connection paths; they aren’t a universal speed ranking for every region. Check the labels in the panel, then test page loading, session stability, or playback. If a service is accessible but a feature isn’t working, check account permissions and platform rules too, rather than repeatedly switching routes.

Client downloads and subscription access

Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Sign in to the user panel to get your subscription details. Client downloads and platform instructions are also available there.

From sign-in to connection

Create an account with a username and password—no email address needed. After signing in to the panel, open the client download section and choose the option for your operating system. Downloads are available after signing in on non-iOS platforms; iOS access is subject to the panel’s active-plan rules. Installing the client and setting up a route subscription are separate steps. After downloading the client, follow the panel instructions to get and import your subscription details.

After importing, check that the client displays the route list, then choose a route and connect. If your system requests network-related permissions, first confirm the prompt comes from the client you’re using, then follow the guide. Test a familiar website before trying video, meetings, or AI tools. Avoid running multiple clients that manage network traffic at the same time, as their settings may conflict.

When switching devices, repeat the steps above on the new device. Don’t look for installers in old chat messages, and don’t share screenshots that show subscription details. If importing fails, first check your account status and whether the subscription is up to date, then review the client’s error message. For a quick setup, see the Getting Started Guide. For routing rules and routine maintenance, read the Complete User Guide.

Monthly plans or pay-as-you-go data

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. Data packages last until used and never expire. Consider how often you use the service, then compare data allowances; device count doesn’t determine which plan you need.

Not using it monthly? Get a data package

Data packages cost ¥158 / 300GB, ¥358 / 1000GB, and ¥658 / 3000GB. They last until used and never expire. They’re suited to occasional access, when you want to manage usage against your remaining data. The key difference from a monthly plan is how data is used, so don’t compare the two billing options as if they covered the same period.

Plan upgrades and payment rules

If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated into the remaining days. Check the order details in the panel before confirming a plan change. Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Review your recent usage before choosing, especially for high-resolution video and background downloads. Unlimited simultaneous devices doesn’t mean unlimited plan data.

These plan suggestions are based on usage patterns and don’t guarantee how long a particular activity will last. Data use varies widely between apps, so use the panel’s usage figures to choose a plan. VPNRD offers 7-day refunds; see the Refund Policy for application instructions.

FAQs before you get started

Account, device, data, and access questions are covered separately. For order-specific steps, refer to the information in the panel after signing in.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is needed. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details safe and choose a password you don’t use on other sites. After signing in, you can view your account, orders, and subscription details in the user panel. Subscription links contain access credentials and shouldn’t be shared publicly. If you need help from support, use the ticket option in the panel and redact sensitive details from screenshots before sending them.

Is there a limit on the number of connected devices?

There’s no limit on simultaneous devices. VPNRD supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Install the appropriate client and import the subscription on each device. Device limits don’t change your plan’s data allowance, so keep an eye on total usage when connecting multiple devices. If one device can’t connect, check its permissions, client status, and local network before changing settings on all your devices.

What’s the difference between a monthly plan and a data package?

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. Data packages last until used and never expire. If you use the service regularly and your usage is fairly consistent, compare monthly plans first; for more occasional access, consider a data package. Compare your usage pattern and data needs, not just the order price. If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated into the remaining days. Check the panel details before making changes.

Can I use AI tools and streaming services on every route?

Check access on the target platform itself. Route coverage and a platform’s account, regional, and content rules are separate factors; a region label alone can’t tell you whether a feature will work. First confirm the client is connected, then test an actual request or video. If a page loads but a specific feature fails, check the platform’s message and your account status. See the AI Acceleration guide for more.

How do I request a refund or report a connection issue?

VPNRD offers 7-day refunds. Submit refund requests through a ticket in the user panel. Check the Refund Policy and keep your order details before submitting. For connection issues, include your operating system, client, network environment, and any error message; don’t send the full subscription link. Payments are supported via Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. For payment status issues, include the relevant order details so they can be checked.
