ACCOUNT
Create an account and save your login details
Open the account creation page in the user panel and enter a username and password as prompted. VPNRD does not require an email address; create your account with a username and password. Choose a username you can recognize and a unique password for this service. Check your entries for accidental spaces before submitting.
After creating your account, follow the panel prompts to open the account page. If you return to the login screen, sign in with the details you just saved; there’s no need to create another account. Store your login details in a password manager. Don’t share your username, password, or subscription details in public notes, group chats, or screenshots, and don’t ask someone else to store them for you.
First, check that the account overview opens normally, then move on to choosing a plan. Creating an account and activating a plan are separate steps: a successful login doesn’t mean your plan is active. Likewise, opening the client download section doesn’t mean your device is connected. Each step has a corresponding place to check—follow them in order.
PLAN
Choose a plan and confirm your order status
After signing in, open the plans section in the panel and compare monthly subscriptions with data packages. For regular use, start by comparing monthly plans against your needs: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Monthly data resets on your activation date each month, not at the start of the calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days.
If your usage is irregular, compare the data packages: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Data packages remain valid until the data is used up and never expire. Check the billing type on your order before choosing. Monthly reset rules don’t apply to data packages, and the data allowance alone doesn’t determine which option is right for you.
Once you’ve chosen a plan, check the order name, price, and data allowance, then pay using Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT as shown in the panel. When the payment page confirms completion, return to the user panel to check the order status and plan details in your account overview. If the status hasn’t updated, verify the original order and payment result first; don’t create duplicate orders.
VPNRD supports unlimited simultaneous devices and offers a 7-day refund policy. Check the plan pricing page for full prices and billing rules, and the refund policy for details. Once the panel shows your plan as active, continue to get your subscription. This helps you avoid mistaking a plan status issue for a client import problem.
SUBSCRIPTION
Get your subscription and prepare to import it
Open the account overview and find the subscription section. The panel may offer options such as copying the subscription URL or importing it into a client; follow what’s shown on the current page. The subscription lets your client access the routes and configuration available to your account. It isn’t a regular website address and shouldn’t be submitted to a search engine.
If the panel offers an import option for your client, use it directly and confirm any system prompt to open the app. If you copy the link instead, keep the entire URL intact, then paste it into the client’s subscription or configuration manager. Don’t remove or edit parameters at the end of the link, and don’t paste it into an unfamiliar website to “convert” its format.
Don’t share your clipboard contents after copying the link. Your subscription URL is tied to your account access, so keep it private even if your login password hasn’t been exposed. If you need help, describe the error and what you did. Before sharing a screenshot, hide the subscription URL, QR code, and other account details. If you think your details have been exposed, look for a reset option in the panel or contact support through a ticket.
Once you have your subscription, open the client download section in the panel. Sign in to download on non-iOS platforms; iOS access is subject to the panel’s current active-plan rules. Downloading the app and getting your subscription are separate steps: after installing the app, import your account subscription to see the available routes.
CLIENT
Import the client for your platform
Choose your operating system in the client download section of the user panel and get the corresponding VPNRD client. This guide covers subscription-based network clients provided through the panel; it doesn’t offer public direct links to installers. “Subscription,” “configuration,” and “import from link” refer to feature locations; their names may vary in the current app. If the panel provides specific instructions, follow those first.
Windows: Add a subscription and select its configuration
After getting the Windows client, follow the installer prompts and open the app. Go to subscription or configuration management and look for an option such as Add Subscription or Import from URL. Paste the full subscription URL copied from your account overview, save it, and wait for the client to load the configuration. If you need to enter a display name, choose something recognizable; you don’t need to use the subscription URL as the name.
When the route list appears, make sure the newly imported configuration is selected before opening the connection page. If you save the link without selecting the configuration, the client may remain on an empty setup. If the subscription fails to load, first check that the copied URL is complete, your device is online, and your plan is active in the panel. Don’t rush to change system network settings.
macOS: Import a configuration and approve system access
Select the macOS client in the panel, get and open the app as instructed, then add the link in the configuration or subscription section. If you use the panel’s direct import option, your browser may ask whether to open the app. Confirm that it’s the right app, then return to the client and check for the new subscription configuration and route list.
When you start a connection, macOS may ask you to approve a VPN configuration or related network extension. Read the system dialog and grant the permissions required by the current client instructions. Moving the app into the Applications folder alone doesn’t enable network access. If macOS asks you to continue in Settings, do so, then return to the client and check its status. Reimporting the same subscription won’t replace the authorization step.
Android: Add the link from the subscription screen
Get the Android client from the panel and install it as prompted by your device. Open the app, go to subscriptions or configurations, and paste your subscription using an option such as Add New or Import from Link. Save it and wait for the route list to load. Select the subscription, then return to the connection screen and choose a route. If no routes appear, try refreshing the subscription first instead of connecting with an empty configuration.
When you start a connection for the first time, Android usually displays a system VPN connection request. Check which app is requesting access, then approve it. If other apps on your device use the system VPN feature, check for connection conflicts. If the connection drops when you switch apps, check your system’s background activity prompts for the client and adjust the device settings as needed. There’s no need to change advanced routing or protocol settings during this guide.
iOS: Get and import the client from the panel
Choose the iOS access option in the panel and get the client according to the current active-plan rules and on-page instructions. Then return to the account overview and use the import option for that client. If you need to add the subscription manually, choose Import from URL in the app’s subscription or configuration section, paste the full link, and save it. Follow the client and instructions currently provided in the panel; don’t assume another app’s import format will work.
Once the route list has loaded, select the configuration and start the connection. If iOS asks to add a VPN configuration, read the prompt and approve it as required. Return to the app and check the connection status, then continue to the access check in the next section. If the route list doesn’t appear, check the import result on the subscription screen. The presence of a VPN entry in Settings alone doesn’t mean setup is complete.
VERIFY
Connect to a route and verify access
After importing the subscription and selecting its configuration, choose a route in the client, start the connection, and wait for the interface to show Connected or another active status. Keep the client’s recommended mode for now; don’t change the route, proxy mode, and system settings all at once. If you switch routes, use the client’s supported method and check the connection status again.
Next, open the IP lookup page to check your current public IP, then visit the site or app you actually want to use. Consider the client’s connection indicator, your public IP, and whether the target service works together. A Connected status only shows that the connection process has started or been established; on its own, it doesn’t prove that all traffic follows the same route.
In rule mode, some sites may connect directly according to the rules, so interpret the lookup result based on whether that page uses the proxy. Not every site needs to show the same public IP. What matters is whether the target service opens, lets you sign in, or loads content as expected. Platforms may also have their own account, regional, and content rules. A network route doesn’t change those rules or grant membership benefits.
If something isn’t working, first make sure your device has an internet connection, then check your plan status in the panel, the client’s selected configuration, and whether the subscription updated successfully. If the route list loads but a target site won’t open, try another route from the subscription for comparison. If the whole subscription fails to load, check the link and account status first. This helps distinguish an import issue from missing system authorization or a problem accessing the target service.
Once you’ve verified the setup, everyday use usually means opening the client, choosing a route, and connecting. You don’t need to recreate your account or copy the subscription each time. If the route list changes, update the existing subscription in the client. For more troubleshooting and maintenance tips, read the complete user guide. If you still need help, submit a support ticket in the panel with your operating system, client, error message, and steps already tried. Remember to hide your subscription details.
Your account and plan status are confirmed, the client has loaded the routes, system permissions are granted, and the target service works as expected. Keep the working configuration and adjust it later to suit your needs.
