Refund Window and Eligibility
You can request a full refund without giving a reason within 7 days of your first payment. You do not need to prove that the service has a fault or complete troubleshooting before applying. Whether to continue using the service is your decision.
The refund window is checked against the account's first successfully paid order. Submit a ticket within the window and keep a record of it; time spent providing additional information or processing the request does not change when the application was submitted. If the order time is disputed, you can provide proof of payment to help verify it.
This commitment applies to the first payment. It does not mean that every renewal, upgrade, or subsequent order creates a new refund window. For multiple orders, list each one separately so support can explain how it will be handled.
Eligible Situations and Verification
First-payment requests made within the refund window are processed as full refunds without requiring a reason. You can apply whether the connection works normally, after importing a client, or because the service does not meet your needs. There is no need to reframe a refund request as a fault report.
Requests made after the window do not fall within this commitment. An order that has not been successfully paid has no collected payment to refund, and a payment already returned will not be refunded a second time. If the charge status does not match what the dashboard shows, verify the transaction status first.
If the traffic has been used up, excessive use is suspected, or there is a dispute about an account violation, the specific order, usage status, and applicable terms should be checked. This policy does not set a deduction threshold based on the proportion of traffic used, nor does it cancel the commitment within the window simply because the service has been used. Any irregularity should be explained in the ticket with the basis for verification; a vague irregularity label is not a substitute for a decision.
How to Apply and What to Provide
- Sign in to the account used for payment, open the user dashboard support tickets, and clearly state that you are requesting a refund and identify the order to be handled.
- Provide the order number, plan purchased, payment method, and proof of payment. If your request covers multiple payments, distinguish each transaction rather than providing only the total amount.
- Add any transaction details requested for verification to the original ticket, and check it for updates on receipt, processing, and the refund outcome.
You do not have to provide a reason for the refund. Keep the transaction details needed for verification visible on proof of payment and conceal unrelated personal information. Do not submit your account password, subscription link, or payment key. You can use your account without an email address, and you do not need to provide one separately for refund communication.
Refund Method and Timing
Refunds are generally returned through the original payment method to the original payer's account. Review, payment-channel acceptance, and receipt of funds are separate stages. A ticket notice that processing is complete does not necessarily mean the funds have arrived.
Arrival time depends on the payment channel and transaction status, and this policy does not promise a standard processing time. If the funds have not arrived, add the results of your inquiry to the original ticket so support can check the refund status. Do not submit the same request repeatedly for one order.
If the original payment route cannot be used, explain why in the ticket and confirm a workable return method first. Do not assume the funds will be converted to account credit. The handling result should also explain how the related subscription and any remaining usage entitlements will end.
Differences by Payment Method
Alipay / WeChat Pay: The original transaction's refund route is preferred. You can compare the original transaction record with the ticket outcome to check whether the refund has arrived. If the original payer account's status has changed, explain the situation first; do not directly request that the refund be sent to someone else's account.
USDT: The original transaction record and network used must be checked before processing. If the payment channel cannot automatically return funds through the original route, confirm the receiving address, network, and return arrangement in the ticket before proceeding. Do not assume that a past transfer address is the refund address, and do not submit a recovery phrase or private key.
Status information may differ between payment methods. If you have questions about the refund amount or channel fees, ask for a clear explanation first; differences between channels do not change the full refund commitment stated in this policy.
