How much do VPNRD plans cost?
Plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB; ¥18/month includes 250GB; ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB and never expire. Monthly plan data resets on your activation date. Check the billing terms before choosing a plan.
How many devices can I use on one account?
Unlimited devices can be connected simultaneously. Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data: monitor your account balance across devices and keep your subscription details secure.
How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?
Refunds are available within 7 days, no reason required. Log in to the user panel and submit a refund request through a support ticket, including the relevant order details. See the refund policy for full terms. Track replies and progress in your ticket. Do not include your password or full subscription link.
Which payment methods are supported?
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Choose a plan in the user panel and review the order before following the payment page instructions. After paying, return to the panel to check the order status and plan details. If the status has not updated, keep your payment receipt and contact support through a ticket.
When does monthly plan data reset, and can I upgrade mid-cycle?
Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Check the plan details in the panel for the reset date; do not assume it resets on the first of the calendar month. Review the panel's upgrade calculation before confirming the order.
Do data packs expire, and can I combine one with a monthly plan?
Data packs never expire and remain available until used. They follow different data rules from monthly plans, which reset each month. The available information does not specify how data is deducted when plans are combined. Check the panel before switching or combining plans, and confirm through a support ticket if needed. Do not assume the data balances merge automatically.
