Privacy Policy
This policy explains how VPNRD handles data when you browse the website, manage an account, or use subscription services. The user panel and international routes serve different purposes and are covered by the rules below.
Account and Order Information
You can create a VPNRD account with a username and password; an email address is not required for registration. Account data includes your username, authentication credentials, plan status, data usage, and support requests you submit. This information is used for authentication, service delivery, usage checks, and support.
Order records include the selected plan, amount due, payment status, transaction reference, and refund outcome. They are used to verify payments, activate service, and resolve billing disputes. If you voluntarily include an email address or other personal information in a support request, it will be used only to communicate about and verify that request. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, or full subscription links.
Scope of the No-Logs Policy
VPNRD does not record which websites users visit through its routes, build browsing history profiles, or retain connection logs that could reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. Account data usage is used to measure plan consumption; it does not record destinations or browsing content.
Connection states that must be processed temporarily during operation are used only for current communications and troubleshooting, and are not kept as ongoing connection histories. For diagnostics, provide error messages, client environment details, and the circumstances in which an issue occurred. Diagnostic materials submitted by users are handled as support request data and should not include browsing content or subscription keys.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and entry-point clicks so we can improve content and navigation. Analytics are limited to website activity and are not used to record content accessed through international routes. Analytics may include page URLs, visit times, referral information, and browser environment details. Avoid including personal information in URLs when sharing a page.
Cookies or local storage may be used to maintain login status, save language preferences, and keep necessary interface settings. The user panel stores an authentication token locally to verify subsequent requests. You can clear this data by logging out or changing your browser settings. You may need to log in again, and some preferences may return to their defaults. Log out after using a shared device.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
VPNRD supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or settlement channel, and their privacy rules apply to information they process. VPNRD receives the transaction reference, amount, and payment result needed to verify an order. We do not ask users to provide payment account passwords in support requests.
Technical processing for service delivery is limited to its stated purpose; account data is not used for sale. If disclosure is legally required, information is handled only to the extent applicable requirements demand. Payment disputes may require transaction records to be checked. Provide only the information necessary for that order, and redact unrelated details.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to maintain the account and deliver service. Order and refund records are retained for accounting checks, dispute resolution, and applicable legal requirements. Support requests and analytics are retained for their respective purposes, then deleted or de-identified when those purposes are complete. This policy does not impose one fixed retention period on all data; retention depends on the applicable purpose.
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or account closure through a user panel support request. VPNRD will verify account ownership and explain the scope of processing. Data still needed to fulfill obligations, resolve open orders, or comply with legal requirements cannot be deleted with the request. Closing an account may affect subscription access, so resolve any outstanding matters first.
Policy Updates and Privacy Questions
Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the beginning will be revised. Substantive changes to data processing purposes or scope will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where new processing requires separate consent, the relevant context will explain this; simply continuing to browse will not replace required authorization.
Submit privacy questions and rights requests through a user panel support request. You can identify the data category, purpose of the request, and relevant account records. Avoid including unrelated personal information. See the Terms of Service and Refund Policy for service rules and refund arrangements.
